FAQs

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we wish for our wedding to be an adults-only occasion to ensure all guests, including parents of small children, can fully enjoy this evening. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to join us! Thank you for your understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you all!

Question

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We want to accommodate all our guests and ensure everyone has something to eat! We have chosen a 3 entree buffet, including a carving station. For our vegetarian/vegan guests, a plated meal will be served to you at your table.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will be serving well liquors, beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages such as coffee, tea, water, and soft drinks. There will also be specialty His & Hers cocktails that will be pre-made and served. Please enjoy responsibly :)

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can't make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "declines" on this website so we can plan accordingly.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire, please :). For the gentlemen: suits of any dark color such as navy, black, or charcoal. For the ladies: cocktail dresses, floor length gowns, or dressy pantsuits are welcome. To keep with tradition and etiquette, please no white or ivory.

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) while the Reception will take place indoors. If Colorado decides to bless us with a downpour, the ceremony will be moved to an indoor ceremony space. Cocktail hour will take place on the upper level of the venue and the Reception will take place on the lower level. Staff will be there to help direct guests to areas throughout the evening.

Question

Colorado Elevation

Answer

Golden, Colorado is at 5,675 feet above sea level. For our guests coming from sea level, please stay hydrated and take it easy if you decide to go hiking around the area! Welcome to the Rocky Mountains!
