Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi formal / cocktail attire. For women, think dresses (any length), jumpsuits, pant suits, nice blouse and pants. For men, think suits or nice pants/button up/blazer. No jeans please, ties are not required but always look nice :)

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your save the date / invitation says "and Guest," then yes! This will also be clear when you RSVP online.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your children, due to budget constraints we ask that only adults attend outside of our nieces and nephews. Thank you for your understanding :)

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Cocktail hour starts at 5:00, please factor in travel/parking time!

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Indoors, but there is also a patio area and an outside bar!

Is there parking available at the reception venue?

Answer

Unfortunately no, there are nearby pay lots or off street parking available. If you are staying in town, please consider uber/lyft!

Is there a hotel block available?

Answer

With so many options in Portland and the surrounding area as well as a smaller guest list, we did not reserve a specific hotel room block. We are staying at the Canopy by Hilton Portland Waterfront hotel if you would like to stay where we are! A more affordable option nearby to that is the Courtyard Marriott Portland Downtown/Waterfront. There are also additional great options listed on the "Travel" page!

What is the food/drinks situation?

Answer

We have Bird & Co. catering for food which includes passed apps, chips & salsa, and a taco bar for the main course! Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. There will also be two open bars provided by Oxbow (one inside and one outside). There will be Oxbow beer available on tap as well as a full liquor bar including wine, cider, cocktails and non-alcoholic options!
