We met at our freshman connection. It was the first day after moving into the dorms for the fall semester. I walked into the dinning hall, and found an empty seat across from samuel. We instantly hit it off and ended up talking for the rest of the night . In the following weeks we kept bumping in to each-other almost everyday and by the end of the month we were officially dating.

I made a trip out to Wisconsin to see Samuel and his family before we both headed back to Florida for our senior year of college. We had an upcoming anniversary, but I was one-hundred percent convinced that Samuel was not going to propose yet. We took a day trip out to the city for a picnic by the lake. We were getting ready to take a picture and as i turned around there he was on one knee holding the most beautiful ring i had ever seen before. I could not believe he was asking me to marry him, I honestly thought is was a prank for the first thirty seconds. Of course I said “yes” and i still cant believe that I get to marry the man of my dreams. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you. See you in Battle Creek!!!
