How do I get to the Barn at H Lazy T Bar Ranch?
Answer
Due to the rural nature of the ranch, there is not an exact address for the entrance. From Fort Collins: take Harmony Rd east over 125. Take a right at County Rd 5, drive south about a mile, and take a left into the ranch. Watch for the H-Lazy-T-Bar sign at the entrance and follow the drive east through the ranch to the parking area near the barn. If you are driving south and pass Kechter Road on your right you have gone too far. See map on the Schedule page. GPS coordinates of entrance: 40°30'33.2"N 104°58'54.1"W

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive between 4:15 and 4:30 to allow time to park and walk to the barn

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There will be parking available at the Ranch for both the ceremony and reception

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Collins to and from the wedding. Please plan for a safe ride home! There are Ubers and Lyfts available in the Fort Collins area

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Western Casual. Dresses, boots, hats, pearl snaps, fringe... so many possibilities! Have some fun with western attire but you are welcome however you feel comfortable. We will be outdoors so wear shoes that are comfortable in grass. Hats and dancing boots encouraged!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
There is a welcome party planned for late Thursday afternoon! Stop by and say hi if you are around that afternoon! We would love to see you all! On Saturday we will be headed to New Belgium Brewery in Fort Collins. This will be very informal. Drop by and say hi if it suits you - We would love to see you there!
