The Newport Aquarium has a paid parking garage. It is very cheap. Under $10 for the whole evening.

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, due to venue restrictions, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you are unsure, please reach out and ask!

What's your last name going to be?

Answer

When we tried combining Rubens and Sienna, nothing good happened. Then we looked at family traditions. Yonah's last name is Sienna. It is a combination of Elyse's former last name, Goldstein, and Baruch's former last name, Browns. Rubens has origins in the color, ruby red. Sienna is a combination of gold and brown. Put all three colors together and you get Red Jasper (among other colors but not as nice for the last name). Red jasper also has origins in the breastplate that the priests wore in ancient Israel. Yonah's family are Cohens, meaning they have origins going back to the priests. That is why we decided to change our last names to 'Jasper'. Our new names will be: Rabbi Tzvia Erin Jasper (I may change my middle name, stay tuned) & Yonah Sienna Jasper Love, The Jaspers

What's with the hashtag? What's Doe and Dove?

Tzvia's name in Hebrew is the female form of 'deer' - aka a doe. Yonah's name in Hebrew means dove. So together, we are doe and dove!
