We met on Facebook dating. We both got on the dating site as more of a joke and never imaged we would find the love of our lives. But God knew what he was doing. After texting for a week or two we met up at Roosters in Xenia for the first time. We got to know each other while bonding over our mutual love for football. We both forgot our leftovers on the table but here we are a year later engaged and always reminding each other to grab our leftovers at every restaurant we eat at.
Zachary took Alicia to dinner at Montgomery Inn. After dinner on the way back Zachary pulled into a random parking spot in his apartment complex grabbed Alicia's hand and said "follow me babe." They walked on a path of rose petals to a beautifully decorated gazebo. The gazebo had candles on the edges, roses on the seat, and a heart made out of roses on the ground. With tears in his eyes Zachary got down on one knee and asked Alicia to marry him. After Alicia said yes and the ring was placed on her finger all of Zachary and Alicia's families came out from where they were hiding to surprise them.
