Is transportation provided for the Welcome Party and Wedding day?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided to and from the Renaissance Palm Springs hotel for both events. Welcome Party (Friday, October 18): Shuttle will pick up guests at 6:45pm for a quick ride over to the Colony Club. Wedding Day! (Saturday, October 19) : Shuttle will pick guests up between 4:40-4:45pm, bringing them to the Air Museum for the evening.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Palm Springs Air Museum has a free parking lot and offers valet as an option.

Attire?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us. Dress code is Formal, black-tie optional. Color encouraged, it's Palm Springs! Example: -Woman can be found wearing floor length dresses (mid length ok). Let your style shine. -Men can be found wearing a suit, tuxedo is optional.

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We are excited to celebrate with you and encourage using this evening to enjoy the night off!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab by September 7th, so we can plan accordingly.
