Can I wear a Halloween costume?

Answer

As much as we would love to see all of you in a costume, we are trying to create a certain aesthetic for our day. No costumes please!

IS THE WEDDING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

All events of the wedding will take place inside. However, our venue has a riverfront patio located right outside for guests to enjoy!

Can I bring additional guests?

Answer

Due to the limited space of our venue, we ask that you only bring the guests specified on your invitation. If you have questions or would like to invite additional people, please contact Maddie (920.655.0716) directly.

What is the bar situation?

Answer

The two bars located in our venue are both cash bars, but they are cashless! The forms of payment accepted are Apple Pay, Google pay, and credit/debit card.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would love to have our final guest count by September 31 so that all our vendors have enough time to accommodate our guests.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Poplar Hall has a large shared parking lot, and the hotel directly next to our venue also allows event parking.

is poplar hall handicap accessible?

Answer

Poplar Hall is an event space with two floors. It is handicap accessible with multiple entrances and an elevator to access both levels.
