You are here on our website that is a great start! Our website is the easiest way to RSVP please go to the top of the page and find RSVP and you can enter your RSVP on there. There was also an RSVP card included in your invitation you can also mail that back to us if you would like but no need to do both. Should neither of those options suit your fancy you are also welcome to reach out to Zach (585-447-4950) or Chelsea (570-847-1276) directly via text or email (czgalton@gmail.com).
Please RSVP no later than September 5, 2024! If you do not RSVP by this date please bring a chair and a sandwich as we cannot guarantee there will be left over food for you.
Please reach out to us directly by phone or email (see above for details). If it is after the RSVP deadline we will do our best to make accomodations. PLEASE PLEASE if you RSVP'd yes and can no longer make it due to unforeseen circumstances just give us the courtesy to let us know you will no longer be able to make it. Thank You.
Yes! There is parking for about 65 cars according to the owners. The parking area will be a grassy area but the driveway is gravel. There is a handicap area that you will see first coming up the driveway please use this space for unloading if needed but do not park here as I don't want vehicles in the back ground of our pictures. You are able to leave your car parked here overnight if needed however it MUST BE REMOVED BY 10 AM SUNDAY MORNING!
Sorry but no we cannot provide transportation for you as there are very limited options for transportation in this area.
We want our guests to be comfortable in a more formal casual wear. As stated in another area of the website I do not want to see people showing up in ripped jeans and shirts or heavily stained clothing. Please just be presentable it is a wedding after all!
Please reach out to us and we will do our best to work with the caterer for an option for you but be aware we will likely not be able to honor everyone's special requests. If you have a true allergy or restriction such as gluten free if the caterer is unable to accomodate your needs we will be in touch with you to bring yourself something you can eat.
YES!! We will be providing a selection of beer, wine, liquor and signature cocktails. Due to limitations on the venue all alcohol has to be provided by us and served by a licensed bartender so please do not bring your own as that will risk our wedding being shut down early and we have worked so hard to make this possible so please dont risk it for us!
We are not restricting you from bringing your children at this time but we encourage you to find a sitter for the night to enjoy yourself! Bear in mind we will be having alcohol and cannot guarantee the things your children may be witness to. With that said there is plenty of space for the kids to run around in the yard but bear in mind there is a small creek that runs along the property as well as a pool at the owners house just behind the barn.
We would really love for everyone to just enjoy this special moment and will be observing an unplugged ceremony so phones down eyes up! We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture all the special moments of the day so I promise we wont miss your cell phone pictures. And just dont be that person to be standing up and reaching with your arm to capture a picture you look stupid and we dont want to see that in our professional photos we are paying thousands of dollars for.
NO the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location!
We plan on starting the ceremony promptly at 3pm so please plan on arriving about 30 minutes prior to get settled and in your seat. If you arrive within 5-10 minutes of the ceremony or after the ceremony has started you will not be permitted to sit at the ceremony site and will need to wait in the shadows for the ceremony to end please dont interrupt our special moment.
We plan on having the ceremony outside and the reception will be held inside the barn. Please watch the weather and plan accordingly as the weather can be unpredictable in the beginning of October if there is rain forecasted make sure you bring an umbrella, is it going to be cold make sure you you bring a jacket with you. I suspect the evening can become chilly so I would make sure you are prepared with a light sweater or jacket and please remember this is a barn venue and therefore no actual heat or AC in the barn.
GPS will be your friend. Please be aware that service directly around the area of the venue is very spotty and you should plan to have your GPS and directions downloaded ahead of time. For our family and friends coming from NY be aware that the GPS will take you the shortest way possible which unfortunately includes a long dirt road that can become quite muddy if the weather is wet making it difficult for those who do not have AWD or 4WD. If you would like to avoid this road you can turn right at the stop sign and loop around the GPS should re-route you but you will come to a Y in the road and will make a sharp left turn this will only add about 5 minutes to your total time. Unfortunately the venue is also on a dirt road and therefore dirt roads will be unavoidable but the road is harder than the previously described dirt road. Once you turn on the road for the venue you will see signs to direct you to the venue.
