WE DID IT!🤍

We are Maddie and Eric and this is our story. We are spontaneous, adventurous, and very much in love. Our family and friends say we are the exact same human... well good luck to us! We have been together for almost two years now. When we got engaged in December of 2020, we had planned to have a big wedding in September of the following year. Little did we know, things would speed up once Eric's proposal happened. We ended up getting married on April 30, 2021! We are so happy to announce we are expecting our first child due in December of 2021. Our greatest accomplishment yet... We have actually known each other for over 10 years and have always been good friends. We met when Eric and Maddie were both in high school - Eric was a stud baseball player and Maddie used to watch him pitch at College of Marin. To think 10 years later we would fall in love! We both went to college in the South Bay - Maddie went to Santa Clara University and studied Dance and Theater Arts (Go Broncos!) and Eric was the starting pitcher for San Jose State. We ended up always running into each other from time to time at college parties - but still remained friends at that point. Fast forward about 5 years later - When Eric finally mustered up the courage to ask Maddie to a wedding (that he was in!). Although Maddie thought Eric had asked her out on a whim, Eric had actually been trying to get her attention all these years! Maddie was flattered, and had just gotten back from a trip to Europe and was feeling spontaneous and said yes. We met at Bar Bocce in Sausalito to reconnect - ended up going to a Giants Game that same night - had our first kiss at AT&T Park - and the rest is HISTORY. We’ve spent the last year living together in Petaluma, and just moved into our new house in Novato to start our family. Although we had no idea everything would happen so fast, we are so excited for this next chapter in our lives and cannot wait to meet Baby LeBaron #1 in December!
