Our Love Story

First picture ever. We didn't have a photo on our first date which was at Ola Brew in Hilo, Big Island because we were so engrossed at that moment getting to know each other.

Third date was at Mauna Kea, Big Island. It was memorable because that was the first time ever that Diane saw snow! (and yes in Hawaii of all places)

First time he took her to sailing on his boat

First out-of-state travel together was in Minnesota where he first introduced her to his dad's side of the family.

Of course she was supportive of him while he did his sailing in Wisconsin

9.1.25. Less than a month before they moved to Oahu, he decided to propose. To this day, he’s still convinced that she was completely surprised (she wasn't totally, but she was still ecstatic!)
