Drew’s best man is his brother, best friend, and lifelong inspiration. A proud Army veteran, he’s lived many lives and now shines as a devoted father to Jack and Lyla. And if you want to guarantee a good shot in the duck blind, he’s the best tag-along you could ask for.

Natalie (Drew’s sister), the bride’s soon-to-be sister-in-law, is the perfect mix of sweet and spicy, with a heart of gold and wisdom beyond her years. A BA physical therapist based in KCMO, she’s felt like a sister from day one. She’s welcomed the bride into the Ruether family with open arms, and now it’s official.

Zeb Love, Natalie’s husband and Drew’s brother-in-law, is known for his great sense of humor—especially his spot-on Borat impression—and his impressive strength. A man of faith with a big heart, he brings kindness and steady support to everyone around him.

Abbie Ruether, Mitch’s wife and one of the bridesmaids, is the kind of mother everyone aspires to be—strong, loving, and endlessly inspiring. She still knows how to have a great time when Nelson comes out to play. From day one, she’s treated Maggie like family, and it’s going to be so special raising kids together someday!

Joe Kluesner, one of Drew’s best friends from high school at St. Francis Borgia, has been a part of their journey since day one. He and his wife were neighbors just across from Drew’s duplex—the Drew-plex. Beyond being a loyal friend, Joe is also an incredible drummer and the ultimate jam partner.

Ellie Rico, Maggie’s sister and forever sissy, is a spicy jalapeño who lights up every room with her fiery, fun-loving energy. Always bringing smiles and good vibes, she’s not only a blast to be around but also has a big heart—and she just happens to be the best hairstylist around.

Billy Duncan

Billy Duncan, one of Drew’s groomsmen, has been a close friend since their days working together at Union Furniture. A proud Marine, Billy and Drew share the same “work hard, play hard” approach to life that’s kept their friendship strong over the years. Fun fact: Billy was actually there for one of Drew and Maggie’s first dates at a Big Wild concert!

Hannah is the kindest soul you’ll ever meet, always bringing warmth and a smile wherever she goes. She and Maggie share a love for all music and have been inseparable since middle school, knowing each other’s families like their own. From afternoons watching General Hospital on Aunt Jamie’s couch to countless memories at Borromeo, their bond has only grown stronger through the years.

Adam and Drew were best buddies growing up on the same street, spending countless days riding bikes and building ramps to launch over each other (as wild as it sounds!). Even after Adam moved to Kansas City in middle school, their friendship never wavered. Over the years, they’ve kept that same close connection that started back in grade school.
