Maid of Honor
Brandi and I have been friends since Kindergarten. With our older brothers being friends we quickly connected in school and have been friends ever since. Brandi and I have shared some really fun times together and we continue to keep creating memories.
Best Man
I met Kody when I moved up to Rice Lake in 6th grade. Kody and I played hockey, baseball, and football together and were roommates for a couple years down in La Crosse. On gameday mornings, Kody and I used to go to the rink before school to play Pipes (Hockey's Version of 21). Kody and I were extremely competitive and shared common goals to push each other to where we are today.
Bridesmaid
Lee and I have been friends since we were old enough to have a friend. We lived just down the street from each other and spent many days playing dress up or house. We have shared so many memories over the years through school and going on vacations together.
Groomsman
I met Lance while playing baseball at Bethel. Lance and I have spent lots of time talking college football and playing NCAA Football on the PS3 and even were part of a Online Dynasty with about 12 others at Bethel. Lance is always good for a long phone call to catch up and discuss anything from sports, family, and anything you can think of.
Bridesmaid
I met Marissa when I was in high school and knew shortly after meeting her that we would be friends. We share so many similarities and enjoy having fun. Marissa is the go to friend for anything and she is always willing to encourage me to do do crazy things like skydiving.
Groomsman
I met Tyler when I moved up to Rice Lake in 6th grade and played football and baseball with him. At first, we did not always get along, but became great friends in high school and were roommates in La Crosse. Tyler was always letting me tag along and helping me meet other people. Tyler has always been a person I can relate to and discuss anything with and get his honest opinion.
Bridesmaid
I met Jacky when Derek and I started dating--I still do not know how she put up with Derek for so long! Being the only girl growing up with two brothers she is looking forward to getting a new sister in law. We have already shared some good times in the few years we have known each other and I continue to look forward to all the good times we will have together.
Groomsman
I met Nick during my time at Bethel. We were on the same floor in Nelson Hall and played baseball at Bethel. Nick and I have went to many Twins games together and he has let me crash at his house plenty of times when staying in the cities to ref. Nick has always been there for me no matter the situation.
Bridesmaid
Micaela is a sister of the mine and she has been lucky enough to have me in her life since she was born. Although we have not always gotten along and have had our fair share of fights over toys growing up we are glad to be over that and close now.
Groomsman
Mitch is my older brother and was not a fan of having a younger sister close in age to him. He thought it was funny to have me sit in the back of the car when he took me to school so I would get mad and ride the bus instead. Mitch is just glad that he now can do things with Derek and talk about sports with someone other than me.
Bridesmaid
Maddy is one of my younger sisters and is the one sister I have that shares a lot of the same features as me. Now when we are older it is crazy to see how much we look alike. When we were younger Maddy quick learned that she could go tell on her older siblings and say we were being mean to her or "hit her" to get us in trouble. Of course she thought it was funny and would use that to her advantage a lot.
Groomsman
Jamie is a younger brother of mine. Growing up with a house full of sisters and only one brother has made him excited to gain another brother. We have already shared some good times including going to a Cubs/Cardinal game. I can already see us going to many more games together in the future.
Usher
Zach and I played hockey together growing up. We used to spend lots of time at the rink together whether it was reffing youth hockey or playing shinny hockey. Zach always let me tag along when I moved to La Crosse and has been down to have a good time. Zach has always been there for support and is always try anything.
Usher
I met Turner when I was in high school in Rice Lake. We played baseball together and still do with the Haugen Knights. We have spent a lot of time together carpooling to games and meeting up to have a few beers with the guys. Turner has always been a very supportive person and is always up to do anything.
Officiant
Lucas is my younger brother by exactly 4 years. We have spent plenty of time together from supporting each other at games to going to the All-Star game at Target Field. He first met Maggie when Grandpa, Maggie, Lucas, and I went to a UMD hockey game and quickly connected with Maggie. When asked about being the Officiant for our wedding, his only two concerns were: 1. Do I still get to be at the Bachelor Party? 2. Will it be weird if I'm the officiant and I'm out dancing with my shirt off later?
