Does it take long to get into the park?

Answer

It depends! It’s a short drive, but because of the popularity of the National Park it may take time to get past the 2 check points! The first checkpoint was busy on a Wednesday when we went so please add in some extra time for the checkpoints! Since it is a Saturday I’d allow 30 minutes minimum to get through the check points. And don’t worry Daniel and I will be there early too! 😊

Do I need a park reservation?

Answer

The day of the wedding you do not! We have 8 permits to give out that will get you into the park. That being said we do need people to carpool to the wedding venue! If you’d like to go into the park before or after the wedding you will need a reservation. Reservations open June 1st for July.

Will it be cold?

Answer

We believe during the day it will be high 70s to low 80s. At night, it might get to the low 50s so please bring a jacket to the reception!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

No, we are only able to invite 27 people due to the National park restrictions.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal but comfortable! Ladies if you want to wear high heels make it a chunky heel or wedge! We do have to walk up stairs and a slight incline to get to the ceremony.
