The block of rooms will only be available until January 1st 2022.

Shuttle

Dawn Brown & Caramon Baldwin Wedding Shuttle

February 4, 2022 12:15 pm - 10:00 pm

Both of the hotel options share a parking lot. The shuttle will start loading at 12 and leave the hotel parking lots at 12:10 for an approximate arrival to the venue at 1pm. The shuttle will return for a second trip around 1:30pm and arrive for the start of the ceremony at 2pm. An early return service will be provided after dinner at 630pm. The final return service will leave the venue at 10pm

If you are flying into town, fly into Asheville Regional Airport. It is 20 minutes from the hotels and 30 minutes from the venue.
