If you'd like to avoid the mayhem of Boston and all the traffic, the airport in Providence is about an hour and a half from Scituate. You would need to rent a car or an Uber to get to Scituate.

🚆 Getting from Logan Airport to Scituate by Train
✈️ When you arrive at Logan Airport, follow signs to ground transportation and make your way to the Silver Line SL1 Bus stop. 🚌 Take the Silver Line to South Station, Boston’s main transit hub (free). 🚉 At South Station, follow signs to the MBTA Commuter Rail and board the Greenbush Line toward Scituate. You can buy tickets on the mTicket app or at the station; it will cost about $10. 🚕 Depending on where you are staying, you may want to exit the train at Nantasket Junction, Cohasset, North Scituate, or Greenbush. Once you arrive at your stop, you'll likely need a short Uber, Lyft, or taxi to your hotel or rental. You can also take the Commuter Rail from the South Shore to Boston's South Station to explore the city during your stay!

⛴️ Getting from Logan Airport to Hull/Hingham via Ferry
✈️ When you arrive at Logan Airport, take the free Massport Route 66 shuttle from any terminal at Logan Airport to the Water Transportation Dock on Harborside Drive. This will take approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on your terminal and time of day. ⛴️ Board the MBTA ferry on the Hingham/Hull route. The ferry departs Logan Airport for Hull/Hingham via Long Wharf. This is a year-round commuter ferry, with increased service during the warmer months (Memorial Day through mid-October). You can buy tickets on the mTicket app or on board; it will cost about $10. Please note that boarding is unstaffed at Logan, so be sure to board promptly when the ferry arrives. The ferry will drop you off at Pemberton Point in Hull or Hingham's Shipyard terminal, depending on where you are staying. 🚕 Once you arrive at your stop, you'll likely need a short Uber, Lyft, or taxi to your hotel or rental.
