Are Kids Allowed/Invited?

Answer

We love your kids but we want our wedding to be your night off so you can celebrate with us. This will be an adult-only event. We hope you have enough time to secure a babysitter and enjoy the night!

Is there transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes, going to the ceremony, Residence Inn Marriott has their private shuttle that holds 13 passengers at a time. Prior to the ceremony, the shuttle will be doing roundtrips between (3:15-4:15). Not everyone will be able to come at once so please patiently wait for the shuttle to come back around. It is about 5 minutes each way. Yes, the hotel's shuttle take guests from the venue to the hotel or bar. The Hamilton Tap and Marriott Residence inn share a parking lot. This shuttle will hold 13 passengers at a time. They will begin routes at 9:30pm. Please check our Travel & Accommodations page along with the Schedule page for more information.

Can I bring a date/ Do I get a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited. Thank you for not bringing a guest.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Hamilton Manor has plenty of parking. Please do not drink & drive, you may leave your car there overnight.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when you RSVP please indicate that and specify what the allergy is to assure the kitchen staff know.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15pm so please arrive and be seated by 4:00pm
