Question

My accommodation is requiring a two night stay. Is there anything planned for Friday evening?

Answer

Yes! We are hosting a Welcome Reception at the Mill Wharf from 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM on Friday 09/04/2026. We've rented the entire second floor which offers panoramic views of the harbor and the Scituate Lighthouse. We'll be offering a buffet and cash bar for our guests.

Are you offering a hotel block?

Answer

All of the information for accommodations is available on the "Travel" page. We have a discounted hotel block at the Double Tree Rockland which is a 25 minute drive from The River Club. We will be offering a shuttle bus from this location. Please note that the Travel page includes a number of other accommodation options including local Airbnbs.

What's the dress code on the day of the wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal attire, please. Jackets and ties are suggested for men, while women may choose cocktail dresses, formal jumpsuits, or gowns. Our wedding colors will feature shades of green and beige!

Will you provide transportation to the venue?

Answer

A shuttle will be provided for guests staying at the Double Tree in Rockland and the Inn at Scituate Harbor. Guests staying at the Nantasket Beach Resort or local Airbnb's will be responsible for their own transportation.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our big day will be an adults-only celebration, with one special exception—our flower girl, Margot! We hope you'll enjoy a night off, relax, and celebrate with us.
