When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 12:30 PM so we can begin our ceremony promptly at 1:00 PM. Guests arriving late will be asked to wait in the reception hall until the ceremony concludes as to avoid interruptions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden Party attire is requested. Our ceremony will be held outdoors on grass, with typical September temperatures in the mid to upper 70s, so sunscreen and hats are encouraged, and guests should plan footwear accordingly. The reception will be indoors with air conditioning. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing jeans or anything white.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our catering will consist primarily of a grazing table, which is a shared assortment of meats, cheeses, crackers, fruit, and small bites. Because items are served together, we’re unable to guarantee accommodations for specific food allergies, so we recommend eating ahead of time if needed.

Yes—there is ample parking for all guests. We do encourage carpooling so you can gush about our amazing wedding on the way home.

This will be an alcohol-free celebration, focused on being fully present and enjoying the day together.

What food and drink will be served?

Answer

We will have a grazing table featuring a shared spread of meats, cheeses, crackers, fruit, and small bites, along with a few other appetizers. Dessert will include mini bundt cakes and other sweets. a variety of non-alcoholic drinks will be offered. As no full meal service will be provided, we recommend planning your day accordingly.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Guests are welcome to bring their own food or beverages if desired, excluding alcohol.

Can guests take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re asking for a phone-free ceremony so our photographer can capture the magic without a sea of phones in the aisle. The reception is fair game for photos!

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

Answer

Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. A designated outdoor area will be provided; due to a burn ban, all smoking must be limited to that space.
