Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are hosting a formal wedding. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as well as suits and your nicest dresses! The grass will be soft, so we suggest you keep your heels at home and bring your dancing shoes.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both taking place at the Nichols' home. Please see "Venue Location Instructions" for instructions on how to get there.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. There will be a tent for shade.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

You'll be escorted to the cocktail area where there will be plenty of opportunities to take pictures and selfies to show off your look! There will also be beverages and appetizers.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

The color theme for the wedding is blush and dusty blue. If you want to dress in the wedding colors you're more than welcome to!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, parking is completely free! Signs will direct you to a parking lot and you will be shuttled right up the hill to the ceremony location.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 3rd! We need a final headcount so we can provide the correct amount of food, chairs, etc. There is an online RSVP form on this website. It's easy! just go up to "RSVP" on the top of the screen! If for some reason the online RSVP does not work for you contact the Morrow or Nelson family.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Those who are 21+ will receive two alcoholic drink tickets. We kindly ask that no outside alcoholic beverages are brought to the site. There will be other beverages available and there will be a sit down meal. It will include a pasta dish and salad. Please let us know if there are any food allergies we need to be aware of.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered on Zola, Amazon and Target. You can find our registry on this website by going to "Registry" on the top of the website.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures of the reception on to their social media, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #DJJazzyWedding so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Can I take pictures of your ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us as we share our vows. We are having an unplugged ceremony. This means that we ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We have an amazing and talented photographer to photograph the whole ceremony. Don't worry though! We will be adding photos of the ceremony and reception to our website under "Photos".
