Are kids invited?

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

We will have a limited number of spirits and mixers available until we run out. Please note it is mandatory to tip the bartender!

As we join together to celebrate our wedding day, your love and support mean the world to us. If you’re considering a gift, we would be honored if you would contribute to our honeymoon fund instead. Your generosity will help us create unforgettable memories and start our lives together on an incredible adventure. Donations can be made to our venmo (@Evie-Alexandra-Ramsey). Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are a total of 19 cabins on property, Evie has already reserved certain cabins for individuals that we know are staying. We are asking $60 per person to stay with us on the property. Contact Hideout on the Horseshoe at (830) 964-4540 to pay for those accommodations. Please state that you are with Evie and David wedding on October 21st, your name(s), and how many people you'll be paying for. They'll guide you through the rest. Their current office hours are 9am to 4pm and closed for lunch from 12:30pm to 1pm. There are also plenty of hotels around the area for you to book with if you wish.

Are pets allowed?

Answer

No pets are allowed unless it is a SERVICE animal.(please let the venue know ahead of time if you are bringing a service animal.) If you bring a pet they will charge a fine of $250 per time their staff sees the animal until it is removed.
