When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP and book your accommodations by September 1st, 2025.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow our guests to fully enjoy their night out, our wedding will be for adults only. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please be at the Ski Chalet's front lawn by 4:30 to ensure the ceremony starts on time and all guests are present. Upon arrival, guests will also receive a glass of champagne. You won't want to miss this kiss!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we have a honeymoon and future house fund available under the registry tab. We're hoping to book our dream honeymoon in Europe and also save for our future home!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that you dress according to semi-formal guidelines. Cocktail dresses, suits, gowns, and black dresses are all welcome. Additionally, don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

A large parking lot is situated just outside the venue. Additionally, a trolley and bus service is available to transport guests from the lobby to the main lawn of the Chalet. The hotel also provides parking for overnight and weekend guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have secured a room block at The Grand Geneva Resort and Spa under the name Schaefges/Postilion. There are also many accommodations, hotels, and Airbnbs in the Lake Geneva area. Please check our "travel" tab for additional lodging options.

How do we get to the Ski Chalet from the lobby of The Grand Genva?

Answer

If you have Google Maps, you can search for "The Mountain Top Ski & Adventure Center at Grand Geneva." Please note that this search does not work on Apple Maps. If you don’t have Google Maps, you can find the location from the Grand Geneva lobby by following the signs to the Ski Chalet. You will need to head east for 1.9 miles from the Main Lodge Entrance to reach the Ski Chalet, where the wedding ceremony and reception will take place.
