Our Story
We first met in the summer of 2022 at The Shepherds Church on our way to summer camp! We sat next to each other on the long bus ride back home from the mountains, where we really got to talk to one another. What started as a spikeball match that we had to settle once we got home from camp, then turned into us really getting to know each other and wanting to spend more time together! From hoping to see one another in the halls at Church to hoping to see one another passing between shifts at Disney World, where we both worked at Magic Kingdom, our relationship has been built on our personal relationships with the Lord. We have gotten to be able to serve the Lord in so many ways these past couple of years together that then sparked the conversation of marriage! On September 27th, our 3-year dating anniversary, DJ proposed at Wrightsville Beach, where we have shared so many sweet memories! Now we can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter!
