If we won’t be there in person, what is the link to watch the live stream of your wedding? And will we really be able to interact with you?

Answer

YEP! We will post the link to the live stream of the wedding HERE! (And also try to email those who all RSVP “attending” to the Online Wedding and Reception. https://www.turntheloveup.com/mrandmrsholifield Technology is so cool. We really will be able to see you and talk to you thanks to this website that you’ll log into and then you’ll “enter the wedding” and we’ll see you added on our projector and will be able to come and talk to you as if you were there!

At this time, our wedding is going forward as planned and we’re excited to safely spend time with all of you. If you are no longer able to or feel uncomfortable traveling or attending, we understand. Please update your online RSVP and let us know as soon as possible. We will update you if the circumstances change. We are looking forward to celebrating together! (In-person or online!)

Covid questions and concern?

Answer

Please bring a mask with you. They will be required to wear while not eating or drinking at your table. If you do not have one, some masks will be provided. Hand sanitizer will also be at every table. We are keeping social distancing in mind. Thank you for your understanding. Please continue to monitor our wedding website for up-to-date information regarding the wedding and lodging or reach out to us so that we can assist you in this process. We love you!

What if I was sick last week?

Answer

If you have recently been sick, are awaiting results from a covid-19 test or are having any cold/flu - like symptoms....we kindly ask that you celebrate with us from afar. The wedding and reception will be live streamed and the link will be provided closer to the date. While we wish everyone could safely make it to celebrate with us, we want fun and safety together. Please keep those of us with weakened immune systems and those who are in at-risk categories of contracting the virus in mind as you travel leading up to our big day.

Before November 1, 2020. But also, earlier is great too!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! Right next to the venue, there are two parking lots off of E. Walnut Street. It's free!

Can I bring a date/Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate how many seats we have saved for you. With respect, we would like our special day to be an adult only occasion.

What about a bar?

Answer

Yep! We've got you on the beer and wine. Hard liquor will be available to purchase.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:30pm. Plan for downtown rush hour traffic. If you come late, maybe we can walk down the aisle together? The doors will open at 6:00pm.

Yep! Options for our meat eaters and vegans will absolutely be available.

Short answer; yes but please be respectful of the photographers! Long answer; yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #tohaveandtoholifield so we can keep track of all of your pictures of our special day!

Is there a schedule of events for the wedding?

Answer

More details to come. We plan on having most of the formal pictures taken prior to the ceremony. The bar will open at 7:00pm for cocktails while we snap a few more photos so please get drinks and get into the photo booth!
