Dolores
Dolores holds a special place in our hearts, it was the restaurant we went to on the day we got the keys to our first home together in Long Beach. Since then, it's become one of our favorite local spots for great food, drinks, and date nights. Ashley's Picks: The Poppet cocktail and the broccolini appetizer. DJ's Picks: El Tigre cocktail and the curry fries appetizer. If you're looking for a delicious meal while you're in town, Dolores is definitely worth a visit!

One of our favorite local coffee spots! Coffee Drunk serves creative specialty drinks, delicious pastries, and a great atmosphere for starting your day. Whether you're looking for your morning caffeine fix or a sweet treat, this is a spot we love bringing friends and family to when they visit Long Beach. The Hare
After getting engaged, The Hare was where we celebrated one of the happiest days of our lives. Because of that, it will always have a special place in our hearts. We love the atmosphere, the cocktails, and the memories we've made there, and we're excited to share one of our favorite Long Beach spots with you. Long Beach is made up of several unique neighborhoods, each with its own personality. Stroll through Retro Row for vintage shopping, coffee shops, and local boutiques, explore Downtown Long Beach for waterfront views and nightlife, or spend an afternoon in Belmont Shore, one of our favorite areas for shopping, dining, and beachside walks.

A charming independent bookstore and one of our favorite places to browse. Whether you're searching for your next read or just want to spend some time exploring, Bel Canto is a wonderful stop for fellow book lovers and a great example of the local businesses that make Long Beach special.
Beach & Waterfront
If you'd like to enjoy some Southern California sunshine during your stay, we recommend exploring Long Beach's waterfront areas. Belmont Shore Beach is great for a relaxing beach day, while Alamitos Bay offers calmer waters and opportunities for kayaking, paddleboarding, and waterfront walks. For beautiful harbor views, take a stroll through Shoreline Village or along the downtown waterfront.
