We're Getting Married!

It was a sunny day in Vacaville, Ca. during our 8th grade year when DJ, Drew and I were playing an intense game of Risk. Little did we know that day when we awkwardly introduced ourselves, just what the Lord had in store. Years passed- We were simply strangers who would talk from time to time at camp and church events. During the summer camp after our senior year, we caught eyes, and the rest was history! Here's to Forever Moore!

He had been planning a date for us for weeks and I ended up getting scheduled to work the day he wanted to take me out. Little did I know, he was already in contact with my employer and was scheduling for it to be rearranged. They posed it to me as needing help more on a different day and my schedule got switched. On Thursday, December 30th, 2021, we went to Sacramento, Ca. We go to Sacramento often as a date spot so it was nothing out of the ordinary when he surprised me that morning- and per usual- he was downplaying the festivities for the day. He took me to a nice lunch at Rio City Cafe and we played Trivia Crack while we waited for our food. YES, we get hangry lol. After lunch, it is our tradition to go to "my bridge" (Tower Bridge). He walked to the middle of the bridge and played "Can't Fight This Feeling" by REO Speedwagon. He started getting all sentimental and before I knew it, he was down on one knee. He says that day "my bridge" became "our bridge". The Best Day Ever!
