Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by the 15th of November!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 1:30pm so please arrive half an hour prior.

Question

Do I need to stay overnight?

Answer

While it is possible to arrive on the day and head back in the evening, we’d really recommend staying over if you can—either the night before, the night after, or ideally both. We will be staying at the venue from Monday 6th at 4pm to Wednesday 8th at 10:30am. Ferry services can be a little unpredictable, so if a crossing was cancelled on the morning of the wedding, it could be tricky to arrive in time. Plus, with the celebration wrapping up around 11:30pm, the earliest ferry back would be around 1:00am, which makes for a late journey. That said, it’s completely up to you—we’ll be so happy to have you with us in whatever way works best for you!

Question

How far is the Wightlink ferry port from the venue?

Answer

The Wightlink Fishbourne ferry port is a 30-40 minute drive from the venue.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue! Cars can also be left overnight and collected the next morning.

Question

Will there be transport at the end of the night?

Answer

There will be a free taxi service put on at the end of the night for people staying locally at Tapnell Farm. If you're staying close to the venue, we may be able to drop you back there too if you let us know ahead of time.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding has a wildflower theme, so floral prints, pastels, and spring-inspired colours are very welcome! For those wearing heels, just a heads up that our venue does have some grassy and gravel areas.
