Bay Bridge Traffic
When arranging your travel plans please be aware that the Bay Bridge connecting Annapolis to eastern Maryland often backs up with major traffic on the weekends in the summer. If your route to St. Michaels requires crossing the Bay Bridge we recommend leaving in the morning or budgeting at least an extra hour of travel time to account for potential delays.

The Wildset is the newest hotel in town, located right on North Talbot Street. The Wildset has 34 rooms and suites with a wonderful restaurant, Ruse, onsite. Bookings for August will open on December 20th. This hotel is 0.3 miles or a 7 minute walk from our wedding venue.

The Inn at Perry Cabin is an iconic five-star hotel and spa located on the waterfront next to our wedding venue. This hotel is .7 miles from our venue, or a 15 minute walk. The Inn at Perry Cabin is famously where the movie Wedding Crashers was filmed!

There are many Airbnb and VRBO rentals available in St. Michaels if you would prefer this option. We do recommend booking early, as the limited supply may get booked up as summer gets closer.
Flight
Airports
The DMV has 3 major airports - DCA, IAD, and BWI. BWI outside Baltimore is the closest option to St. Michaels -- it's 65 miles away and about a 1 hour 15 minute drive. DCA, located just outside D.C. is about 85 miles from St. Michaels and about a 90 minute drive. IAD (Dulles) is the furthest airport located in northern Virginia - it's 110 miles from St. Michaels and a 2 hour drive.
