We encourage guests to wear formal attire, with black attire being a particularly fitting choice for our special day, as the theme is masquerade ball (think Phantom of the opera, fairy princess, whimsical, fantasy ). Capes and hats are welcome! It’s Halloween after all let’s have fun! Mask will be provided, but you can bring your own! We ask that guest stick to dark fall colors, please no bright or neon colors. If you are unable to wear formal we do ask you just stick to dark colors.
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 3:oo pm. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space from the parking lot and find a seat.
Unless stated otherwise on your invitation, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list to those we know.
We love your little ones, but this day is just for the grown ups (18+)! So unless stated on your invitation grab a babysitter and your dancing shoes - we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
The ceremony will be held outside and the reception indoors.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift you may gift to our honeymoon fund on our registry. We will also be having a bridal shower (date to come) & a wedding card box will be at our reception as well.
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However the deadline is August 1st 2026. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
