Ring Bearer
The bride’s nephew. Henry loves playing outside, hikes with his mom, wagon rides, dinosaurs, and stylish hats. A man of few words who very well may steal the day, along with hearts.
Flower Girl
The best man’s, Jason’s, youngest daughter. Liliana is perfect to tackle the role of flower girl. Bringing maximum cuteness to the day.
Maid of Honor
Kelli was settled into a blissful life as an only child until Marky Mark and The Nance brought Megan home. The 5 year age gap made those early years a bit rough: Megan would steal all of Kelli's clothes, decode Kelli's secret letters amongst her friends, and be a general nuisance. Kelli actively tried to avoid Megan. As they grew up and matured, their relationship evolved and they decided that they actually do like one another's company. Kelli recently relocated to Minnesota with her dog, a “chug” named Benny, but she will be heavily involved in all things wedding.
Matron of Honor
Erin is a one woman social committee. She and Megan shared a room together growing up - Megan would tie the legs of Erin's pajamas together and try to make her run. Erin's attendance at the wedding is a bit questionable right now, because she’s busy cooking up her second child, but she is still very much a part of the day. She is also the mother of our ring "bear" Henry!
Bridesmaid
Megan and Amber met through their CrossFit gym (roll your eyes if you must). Amber was new to the area from Indiana and she and Megan quickly became close. Many a Sunday was spent preparing food or crafting (Amber is far superior at both of these areas). Lovingly deemed a tiny ball of hate along with the bride by the groom.
Bridesmaid
The longest non-sister friendship is courtesy of Diana. She and the bride met in Lollipop Preschool and have been friends for over 3 decades. She and the groom often hit up garage sales on the weekends where he finds paintings of bald eagles on velvet, and she finds more useful items, no doubt.
Bridesmaid
Meghan and Megan formed The Meg(h)ans while in high school at Walled Lake Western. Their friendship kicked off in homeroom and has been going strong for over 20 years now! Meghan is married to Joe and they share two kids - Mikey and Margot - and are Megan and Larry's Ferndale neighbors! Meghan and the groom share a variety of similarities, too, mostly in their extreme dislike of being hot.
Bridesmaid
Kady is the groom’s only and favorite female cousin. She has a three legged pup named Millie and also lives in Ferndale. She is an athletic trainer, so if anyone injures themselves busting a move, we are covered. She also makes a mean cannoli.
Bridesmaid
Angela and the bride formed their friendship in high school, along with Meghan. Angela has a kind heart and is basically the Greek Martha Stewart. She and the groom also share a love of the show “The Masked Singer,” along with Diana.
Bridesmaid
Caroline and the bride became friends in high school. They spent many hours watching “Law & Order” or driving to the mall listening to Jay-Z. She lives in Houston with her husband, Eugene, and their twins, Zachary and Arielle...and her mom, Pam! We are so grateful she is able to be part of our day!
Best Man
Jason and the groom first met when they were 12 and have been best friends since. They share endlessness inside jokes, experiences and stories. Larry is The Godfather to Jason’s second daughter, Brooklyn. Not related by blood, but as close as brothers. Jason and the groom have a shared love of moving cars, Astro vans, and Judas Priest.
Groomsman
William and Larry met and became friends while working in retail. From matching patriotic days out on the sand dunes, to the annual Spartan tailgate, many great times and ideas are shared between the two. They found themselves working together once again more recently in their jobs at NAL.
Groomsman
Matt came into the bride and groom’s life through the gym. He is married to bridesmaid, Amber and they share two German Shepherds named Kenai and Hope, as well as two cats - Grayling and Moseley. Matt and Larry have a shared love of motorcycles, both currently enjoying their BMW bikes. He is the brother that Megan never had or wanted and we couldn’t imagine our day without him.
Groomsman
Sam is Larry’s cousin. Hailing from the U.P., he now lives closer to Megan and Larry in Detroit. He deserves a night free from hassles.
Groomsman
Larry and Andy have been friends forever, living just around the corner from one another. Andy has always been a loyal friend with an off-color sense of humor. He lives in Metro Detroit with his wife, Amy, and their kids, Stanley, Raymond and Ryleigh.
Groomsman
If it weren’t for Will, Megan and Larry would have never met. He and Larry lived in the same floor on Hubbard Hall and spent most of their time at State together with that group of friends. He and Megan were in the Hospitality Business program together. Larry had the pleasure of picking Will and Megan up from their beer and wine class, often a bit drunk, and driving them to Rick’s for Happy Hour. He lives in North Carolina with his wife, Jamie and their dog, Peaches. We could not picture this day without Will. Oh oku.
Groomsman
Larry’s cousin, and the tallest Di Loreto cousin (there are only 4 of them). Larry and Michael often competed over who got to eat more of Grandma Ida's breaded meat and chocolate zucchini bread. There is no doubt that there are some tiny Italians upstairs who are excited for this day, and to see all of the cousins standing up with Larry.
Groomsman
Alex jokingly refers to the bride and groom as “Mom and Dad,” but he does have very nice real parents...Alex is the human equivalent of a Golden Retriever: he is friendly, loyal, and blonde. He and Larry have a mutual love of WWE wrestling, mopeds, and Urbanrest.
