How do I RSVP?

Answer

We hope it's a Yes! Please RSVP digitally using our link on our wedding website. You can RSVP by clicking on the tab labelled, "RSVP for Our Event(s)". We kindly ask that you please send your RSVP response by Friday, October 20, 2023.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Our wedding ceremony and reception are both taking place at the same location, La Valencia Hotel (See address and phone number below). How do I get to the venue?

Answer

For our guests, we are asking for you to please make your own way (travel arrangements) to our wedding venue. Directions and access to the venue will be either by (your) personal car or a ride share service (e.g. Uber, Lyft, Taxi, Rental Car, etc.). There is street parking on Prospect Street near the venue, but street parking may be limited with time restrictions. For ease of parking and arrival to the venue, you can valet directly in front of the La Valencia Hotel. La Valencia Hotel offers Overnight valet parking and is available for all hotel guests for $25 per night. Day valet parking is available for $15. What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire or Black-Tie Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. As our wedding is taking place in mid-November sometimes the weather here in Southern California can be unpredictable! Traditionally in the past, it can vary and either be a heat wave or a chilly Autumn day. The ceremony is located outdoors. Our cocktail hour is being held outdoors and will have outdoor heating. Our reception will be held and located indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!

Is there a discount code or room block (for your wedding) for rooms at the venue?

Answer

La Valencia does not permit room blocks, however we do have a discount code to use if booking a room at La Valencia. We please ask that you arrive at 3 pm, prior to our ceremony start time (3:30 pm) in order for no interruptions on seating and scheduling.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry with at a few stores (see Registry Information below) to make it easy for our guests. Registry: 1.)
