Booking Information
Please use the contact information below to book your room on Utopia of the Seas. All staterooms for our group can only be booked by calling Royal Caribbean. Unfortunately, you cannot book a room as a part of a group on their website. To book, please call 1-800-465-3595 and select Option 5. Provide group number 7833416 to your reservation agent during booking. Before you call to book, please have the following information readily available for everyone in your stateroom: -Name as it appears on travel documents -Citizenship -Age -Gender -Mailing Address -Telephone Number -Email Address -Proper Deposit Final payments and remainders of balances are due no later than October 27, 2024. Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please refer to the following cancellation fee schedule: 90+ days prior to sailing: No charges 89-75 days prior to sailing: 25% of total fare 74-61 days prior to sailing: 50% of total fare 60-31 days prior to sailing: 75% of total fare Please remember to RSVP once you have completed your booking. Flight
Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Our ship leaves out of Port Canaveral, located 46 miles east of Orlando International Airport. In light of MCO being...well, MCO, we would encourage you to arrive prior to our sail date. Traffic leaving MCO and coming into Port Canaveral can vary - please consider this when making travel plans.
Hotel
Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside
We have secured a block of rooms at Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside for your convenience if you would like to arrive the night before and/or stay the night after the cruise. Book by December 12, 2024 to secure block pricing. More information on the shuttle service can be found on the hotel's website. We are providing transportation from the hotel to Port Canaveral for all guests staying in the room block. Local guests are also more than welcome to join us on the bus - please arrange to get dropped off at the hotel that morning. We will update everyone with specific times closer to the event.
