Are children invited to the welcome party, ceremony, or reception?

Answer

While we love your children, our welcome party, ceremony, and reception are going to be adults only events (18 and older, except for the children in the wedding party). We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Please RSVP in the RSVP section of this website by March 1, 2024.

What should I wear to the ceremony?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested at the ceremony. Dresses and jumpsuits for the ladies and suits or slacks and a blazer for the gentlemen are all great options! Please no jeans or shorts. The ceremony will be held outdoors during the always unpredictable Georgia spring, so please plan accordingly (bring a jacket just in case). Additionally, you will be taking a stroll through grass to reach the ceremony location, so wear heels at your own risk.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony is planned to begin at 5pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:45pm.

What should I wear to the welcome party?

Answer

Attire for the welcome party is casual. The event will be held indoors, however, there is a fire pit to enjoy right outside the room later in the evening.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plentiful parking available around the resort.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at the resort, just a short walk away from most resort rooms/villas. There will not be transportation provided for guests staying off property, so please plan to drive to the resort if you are staying at a different location. Ride-share is not typically an option in the area.
