Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive at 3:45pm. We'll have a welcome drink with your name on it!

What should I wear?

Answer

Think Casual Cocktail! Please wear what you feel comfortable in. Dress up if that's your thing, but sundresses and golf shorts/khaki shorts are fine too. We just ask that you look good and feel good. There is a fair amount of grass at the venue - keep that in mind when choosing footwear.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! We'll have the ceremony facing Mount Hood on the lawn, and the reception in the beautiful large barn space. We recommend bringing layers, as the barn will stay open the entire evening.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

You can easily navigate to our venue using any map app: Oak + Hood 11347 S Macksburg Rd Canby OR 97013 Our only ask is that you get to and from the venue safely! You have a few options: 1. Drive! There is a large, gravel on-site parking lot. You can even pick up your car the next morning. 2. Rideshare! Most rideshares will be able to drive you to the venue, but you will want to schedule an Uber for the way home, as Ubers can be limited. We will wrap up around 10pm, so please book your exit around then.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will have gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options. If you require accommodations outside of that, please reach out to us directly.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to the size of the venue, we respectfully ask that only those named on the invitation attend.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day, unless specified on your invitation
