Can I RSVP online, or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Please mail back your RSVP card that you will receive with your formal invitation.

What is the address of The Estate at Florentine Gardens? Is there parking on-site?

Answer

The Estate is located at 97 Rivervale Rd, River Vale, NJ 07675. From the Garden State Parkway, we recommend using Exit 168 unless your maps day-of suggest otherwise. There will be complementary valet parking for all guests.

Will the wedding be indoors, or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, reception, and after party will take place indoors. Doors will be open during cocktail hour, leading to seating areas within the garden. Guests are welcome to walk the grounds for photos throughout the evening.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel? Is there a roomblock at more than one hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle to and from the hotel to The Estate. Our room block is reserved at the Hampton Inn by Hilton, Paramus NJ. The shuttle will run as follows: From hotel to The Estate for ceremony: 5:30PM From The Estate to the hotel: 10:30PM From The Estate to the hotel post After Party: 12:00AM

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is formal attire. For men, suits/suits and ties. And for ladies, tea to full length dresses, or pantsuits. Our colors are are black, and shades of green.

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. The only children attending are those who are part of our wedding party. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to gather locally recommended sitters.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

There will not be any gap! We invite you to join us at the hour and fifteen minute cocktail immediately following the ceremony.

I have a dietary restriction, who should I contact?

Answer

Please feel free to contact the bride and groom directly as we are in close contact with our Maître D' and Estate Events team. The Estate is ready and able to accommodate all dietary requests.
