Question
What precautions are you as a couple and the venue taking due to COVID-19 to promote guest safety?
Answer
*WE ARE ENCOURAGING ALL GUESTS TO BRING A MASK. MASKS WILL ALSO BE AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE* Our venue is operating at 75% capacity, which allows 250-275 guests. We have invited less than the current allowed amount of guests to ensure guests are able to be comfortable with ample personal space. Extra chairs will be set up for the ceremony, which will allow you to sit with your group and have space between parties. Hand sanitizing stations have been set up all around the venue. The dining room will be set up to social distance tables. For dinner we will ask guests to enter the dining room in staggered intervals to allow you proper space to find your table & be seated. Dinner will be plated and served by servers wearing masks. All Sanctuary staff will be wearing masks and will limit interaction with guests to make sure you feel extra safe.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal: cocktail dresses, gowns, suits, please. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Hotels downtown will be walking distance from the ceremony/reception! These properties will book fast, so we do recommend reserving rooms promptly before they sell out. There is a room block set up at The Radisson in Downtown Fargo, use code DIPSHE to book with our exclusive discounted rate! The discounted rate is available through 8/18/2020. Hotel Donaldson is another amazing Downtown Fargo property. Fargo has dozens of great hotel properties to choose from if you do not wish to stay downtown!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Radisson will provide the following shuttles: Depart Radisson to Sanctuary at 4pm on 9/18/2020 Depart Sanctuary to Radisson at 10pm on 9/18/2020

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your kids--we really do! But we want our ceremony and reception to be your night off!! Our ceremony and reception will be adults only.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you!

Yes, absolutely! Please let me know when you RSVP.

How do I RSVP?
Answer
We have elected to utilize online RSVP's for our wedding! Click on the RSVP tab, and this will allow you to RSVP. If you have any trouble, please let Andy or Ashley know and we would be happy to record your response.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Due to catering deadlines, an RSVP of attending to confirm your meal selection will be accepted through 8/25/2020. We are very understanding that with COVID you may want to take more time to decide if you feel comfortable attending our wedding. With this being said, we definitely welcome you to attend the ceremony and reception following the dinner even if you do not RSVP "attending"!!
