It all began on the very first day of college, in a classroom we’ll never forget: Psych Statistics. We sat next to each other, and in the sweetest accidental meet-cute, Caleb asked how to use his clicker — the one with four whole buttons. Somehow, that tiny moment turned into everything. From that day on, we walked to the dorms together after every class. What started as a simple gesture quickly became the best part of our day. Soon we were having lunch at the dining hall, sharing stories, laughing, and realizing how easy it felt to be together. Before long, we went to a sorority formal… and then, in true college fashion, didn’t talk much over winter break. But fate (and a birthday party) brought us right back together. We picked up exactly where we left off — this time with something new quietly growing between us. On Valentine’s Day, Caleb showed up with flowers and asked for our first official date — the day we now celebrate as our anniversary. From that moment on, the rest unfolded naturally: years of growing, learning, laughing, choosing each other, and building a life side by side. Now, nine years later, we’re getting married… all because of a boy in Psych Stats who didn’t know how to use his clicker.

2016 — Where It All Began ✨ We met on our very first day of college at USF in Psych Statistics, where a four-button clicker sparked the start of our story. 2017 — Our First Official Date❤️ On Valentine’s Day, we finally went on our first official date — a day we still celebrate as our anniversary. 2019 — New Chapters, New Distance 🎓 We both graduated from USF and started long-distance as we pursued our next steps in life and school. 2021 — A Big Move Together 🏡 We moved to Tennessee, where Caleb began his doctorate and Sophia began her master’s program — building a home together for the first time. 2023 — Following Our Paths ✈️ Caleb moved back to Florida for clinical rotations while Sophia stayed in Tennessee to begin her doctorate, continuing to grow together through long-distance (again!). 2025 — A Trip of a Lifetime 🌸 We traveled to Japan, made unforgettable memories, and returned home engaged — the start of our biggest adventure yet. 2026 — We Say “I Do” 💍 After nine years of choosing each other, we’re getting married and beginning our forever.
