We met online. Our profiles said that we were a match. However, I paid little attention and we would talk to each other sporadically from time to time letting days and a week or so go by before we interacted again. Then one day he said... “look I gave you my number some time ago, we should be talking on the phone by now. Call me”! So I did... and we talked for about a month over the phone. And one day I was driving home from a friend’s house and he called and asked what I was doing and where I was ,since I had already told him that I was off that particular weekend, and asked me to come meet him to get something to eat. At first I said no that it was late and I was going home. But he persisted as usual and I turned around and met him at the designated spot. I got there before he did so I was a little nervous, however when I finally saw him it was Love at first sight! I was smiling the whole night. And we have been inseparable ever since!

My 50th birthday party was a mystery murder masquerade party ball. My party was an interactive game. Everyone was a character that played a role and had to wear a specific color mask. During the game play in round three , the final round, he began speaking as if he was speaking to one of the characters. But he called me up by my character name, Ms Scarlet and presented me with a gift. The gift was a purse that he purchased while we were in New York back in November that said MISS 2 MRS. Then he got down on one knee and said he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and would like for me to be Mrs Jones. And I said yes!
