When should I RSVP by?

Please make sure to reserve your cabin with the venue by March, 31 2026. Please let us know too :)

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! Please dress formal, and we invite you to wear our wedding colors. Try to dress better than the bride and groom. We want to see everyone’s best💚 examples will be provided

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to the limitations of the cabins, please do not bring an additional guest. Invites will have included the number of people in your party invited, as well as the cabin your assigned too. Additional guests will not be able to stay on the property / attend ceremony / attend dinner as we will not have enough sleeping space, chairs, or meals to provide.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely are, please only bring your kids, don’t steal additional kids that are not yours.

How far is the wedding location from the nearest airport?
Answer
The nearest airport is in Eureka, The venue is about an hours drive from the airport.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is plenty of parking around the property. Our request is that on wedding day all cars be moved away from the ceremony + reception space so they are not in the wedding photos.

How much are the cabins?
Answer
Payment for the cabins isn’t due until you arrive for the wedding weekend. Each cabin is priced differently but range from $215-$375. If you are in a cabin and bunked with someone, this cost will be split between you guys.

How long are we staying for the weekend?
Answer
The bride, groom, and a few family members will be at the property starting Monday the 20th, and will stay till Monday the 27th. The wedding “weekend” is reserved for Friday the 24th, through Sunday the 26th. Wedding is the 25th. Please feel free to arrive early, stay late. However long you want to stay is up to you, your budget, and your work/life balance :) Just let the hotel know when you make your reservation the dates you are staying for..andddd let us know:)

What is the weather like in July in this area.
Answer
Warm, low chance of rain. We will have the trees to keep us cool, but average weather is highs of 88, low of 66.

What about phones during ceremony?
Answer
Please please please, no phones during ceremony. We want to look and see our friends and families faces, not your phones. We will have a professional photographer who will be capturing these moments for you. In our professional photos, we also do not want to have 20 phones out and in the way of the faces of the most important people to us. We want to be present in this moment with you.
