Please RSVP by July 1. We are unable to accommodate late responses, and we cannot make exceptions after this date. If we do not receive your RSVP by July 1, we will mark your attendance as “not attending” so final counts can be submitted on time.
Ceremony starts promptly at 5pm Friday August 14th 2026. Please arrive NO LATER than 4:45pm.
Yes! We will have an open bar available for guests, along with a selection of specialty cocktails curated for the celebration. We can’t wait to raise a glass with you!
We will not be providing transportation for the wedding day. For guests staying at the same hotel as the welcome party (Cheyenne Mountain Resort), the venue is approximately a 19-minute drive. There are lots of hotels closer to the venue if you'd rather be near by. We recommend planning to Uber, Lyft, or drive to the venue. If you prefer not to use rideshare services or drive, there are also additional hotel options closer to the venue that may be more convenient for you.
Ceremony will be outdoors. Reception will be indoors.
We love your little ones, however this will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that guests make arrangements in advance so they can join us for an evening of celebration, and enjoy a well-deserved night off.
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Plus-ones are only included for guests specifically named on the invitation or indicated on the RSVP. If a plus-one has been included for you, it will be clearly noted when you RSVP.
Yes. There is a large parking lot at the venue. You can keep your car here over night if you wish. You must pick your car up before 10am the next day.
Our wedding attire is formal. For gentlemen, we recommend suits, and for ladies, floor-length gowns or cocktail attire. Please keep in mind that Colorado can be quite warm this time of year, particularly during the day and early evening, so we encourage guests to dress comfortably for the weather. We would love to see vibrant colors and patterns, whatever makes you most comfortable
