When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Thursday, December 4, 2025 Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you if you do not RSVP by the date listed.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. To avoid being late or missing anything we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself time to park and find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that all guests - both men and women, wear black please. For the men, It is a Black Tie Event, a white or black button-down with a black suit works great! We trust that you will look exquisite!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus one or your guest's name is listed on the invitation then we would love to have them at our wedding. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. A plus one is invited to the After Party Celebration. View After Party Details on the Schedule Page.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to the limited space at our venue we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of the children that is apart of the wedding such as the Flower Girls, Ring bearer and our Miniature Bride Empress also including the out of state family that is apart of the wedding. Children will only attend the ceremony. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun with the Romes!

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer and he/she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion only. Feel free to take as many photos/ videos once the ceremony is finished!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you— bring cash to tip the bartender and get ready to celebrate

Do I contact the Bride or the Groom the day of the wedding?

Answer

Please do not contact the Bride or the Groom the day of the wedding. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our Day of Coordinator, Jessica Guardado or the Bride’s Mother, Sharonda McClendon.
