Are Kids Allowed at The Wedding?

Answer

While we love to have your little ones, the wedding ceremony and reception will STRICTLY be an adults-only occasion with an exception to those in the bridal party. HOWEVER, the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall is a child-friendly resort, please reach out to Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall for specifics regarding childcare/activities.

Do I have to stay at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall?

Answer

No. While we would love to see you around the resort, we understand that there are a plethora of other amazing and beautiful options on the island. You are more than welcome to stay wherever you like, however, you will have to purchase a $139 per-day Guest Pass to enter the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, 11am-11pm.

Are Payment Plans Available?

Absolutely! If you book through Jetway Travel. Connect with our lovely Travel Coordinators, Linda Scott and Lorne Stennis, for more details. That information can be found on the "Travel" tab of this site.

When Can I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invites have been sent out. If you are on our distribution list, you have automatically been added to our wedding invitation list. You are free to begin making travel/lodging arrangements prior to receiving the formal invite, if you wish.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

There is a QR code on the back of the invitation that will bring you directly to the wedding website. There you will confirm your attendance as well as your meal choice.

When Do I Need To RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 10th. You do not need to have your entire trip paid in full in order to RSVP - trip payments via Jetway Travel are due in full 60 days prior to the wedding date. If your RSVP is not received by June 10th, we will unfortunately have to mark you as "regretfully declines."

If I Don't Book Through Jetway Travel For My Hotel Accommodations, Am I Uninvited To The Wedding?

Answer

Of course not! If you receive a formal invitation, we would love to have you be a part of our special day.

Is Air Included If We Book Through Jetway Travel?

Answer

You are free to make your own flight arrangements; however, Jetway Travel has flight accommodations available for you and your party if needed. If you are planning on staying at the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall and wish to make your own separate flight arrangements, please reach out to our Travel Coordinators at Jetway Travel to arrange transportation from the airport to the resort.

What if I have Hyatt Points? Can I book directly through them?

Answer

Yes, if you have points, use them! You can book your lodging directly through the Hyatt. Just be sure to RSVP by June 10th. If you would like to see if you can use your points in addition to booking through Jetway Travel, please reach out directly to our Travel Coordinators to see if this request can be accommodated.
