Aidyn and Susanna first met when they were 12 years old in a science classroom at Hamilton Creek Middle School. Aidyn had been at the school his whole life, while Susanna had just transitioned from being homeschooled. They quickly became friends after finding themselves at the same table in their 7th grade math class. Before long, afternoons at the teen center turned into inside jokes and memories. One day, Susanna’s best friend Cynthia dared her to ask Aidyn out. She did, right after their social studies class, and to her surprise, he said yes. Like most middle school romances, their story had a few breakups and makeups, but what never wavered was their bond. By 8th grade, they decided to stay close friends, and that is exactly what they did. They grew up side by side, always enjoying each other’s company, even if they would not admit how much they really liked each other. When high school started, the spark they had once tried to ignore was impossible to overlook. On November 20, 2020, they officially began dating again. From school days and long drives to endless FaceTime calls and family dinners, their connection only grew stronger. On December 2, 2024, Aidyn and Susanna got engaged. Surrounded by the love and support of their family and friends, they are ready to begin the next chapter of their lives together.
