Drinks will start being served at 3:30. The ceremony will begin at the Picnic Grounds at 4:00. Cocktail Hour is from 4:30 to 5:30. Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided but feel free to bring any other alcohol or drinks you desire. Dinner will begin around 5:30. Afterwards, there will be a performance by the band Justin Beep-Boop, followed by more music and dancing! The festivities will take place outside so be prepared for the cold when the sun goes down. For footwear planning, the ground cover is mostly woodchips, dirt, and a cement dance floor. There is some parking at the picnic grounds but if those spaces fill up there is plenty of parking at the soccer field next to the venue and at the Mill Pond nearby. There is no street lighting in the area, so make sure to have some light (phone/headlamp) to help you walk back to your car if desired.
