It all began at a friend's house brunch party. (Shout out to Hannah Goldberg & Joe Pauloski for hosting). It was a Sunday brunch held in March 2020 right before the world shut down for COVID. Initially, Dineen wasn't going to attend but got a reminder phone call that she committed to bringing the tortillas so she had to oblige and join. Anthony had worked overtime that day and did not show up until later in the afternoon. As the saying goes, "It was love at first sight". Dineen who was planning to leave shortly after his arrival decided to stay to see who this guy was that showed up in a green cat shirt. Anthony was also on his A-game and asked Dineen to be his beer pong partner. Fast forward two days and the world went into lock-down so decision time came: do we quarantine together or see each other when the world opens up again? Well, you can guess the decision that was made...

The date to travel to New Jersey had been marked for weeks with the expectations of attending a close friends gender reveal. When we pulled up to Belmar beach on September 25th to much surprise there was no-one there we recognized. Upon Anthony's request we made our way to walk along the water and he got down on one knee and popped the question. After the intimate moment we made our way across the street to a waterfront restaurant where Anthony coordinated for both Dineen and Anthony's families to be waiting to surprise them. After dinner we made our way down the street to a local bar where our close friends were waiting for us to continue the celebrations. To complete the night, Anthony reserved a room at a local Bed & Breakfast for the two of us to spend the night.
