Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will take place on Friday, September 25, 2026 at Willow Haven Event Center. The ceremony will take place outside (weather permitting). Address: 3570 W Smithville Western Rd, Wooster, OH 44691

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There is a designated parking lot at our venue that will be reserved for guests.

How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "accepting" or "declining". As an alternative option, you can send your RSVP response via mail. Please RSVP by August 23rd, 2026.

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If responses are not received by August 23, 2026, your invitation will be marked as declined. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our wedding vendors with a final guest count within the time frame they have given us.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive NO LATER THAN 15 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration with close friends and family.

Are kids invited?

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion with an exception to those in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be beer, wine, 2 specialty cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks on us but the hangover is on you...get ready to celebrate!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

All guests are responsible for getting themselves to and from the venue. Whether you're driving yourself, carpooling with friends or catching a ride via Uber or Lyft-- be sure to arrive on time so you don't miss the fun!
