When we first met on our first deployment, it wasn't the typical love at first sight. He was hard headed and she was strong willed. We clashed a few times in the beginning but once we were over seas, we didn't see each other until the end of the deployment. After tensions died down, dozens of card games, lots of gym visits, walks and movies in the tent, we kind of just clicked. When we got back, she moved down to New Orleans and he showed me all of the things to love- mostly him! 4 years later, we are here and cannot wait to keep making wonderful memories together.
