At this deli you can try candied hibiscus flowers stuffed with cheese, next door you'll see a classic burkes spot, go to levinsky 41 (cafe levinksy) for a special soda with fermented fruits and fresh herbs or "garger hazahav" (30 levinsky street) for a plate of fresh hummus
One of the best spots for falafel in Tel Aviv, but you need to pay in cash ! ( 9 shekels for a pita with falafel - if you're okay with raw onions ask for everything)
Always has a super long line but feels worth it! Order at the cash register one of the 4 pitas filled with meat, and then wait until your name is called. Ask for charcoal grilled onions and tomatoes and make sure to tell them if you like spicy food.
Artisanal Coffee
Great spot on dizengoff square, the coffee is roasted in their other branch located at the old train station (less space to sit there and enjoy the coffee)
Any of the restaurants have the option for getting a quick bite for take away to enjoy on the sand or orange chairs. Try the watermelon with feta, pita with salad, or just a beer / coffee
This cafe (has other locations in the city too) is on the boulevard with seats varying from city benches to bean bags on the grass. A fun experience for people watching.
