Will there be parking on-site?

Answer

Yes- you are welcome to park at the Bayfront Club or to stay at the hotel and take the shuttle.

What airports are nearby?

Answer

Baltimore International Airport (BWI), though you can also fly into Dulles International Airport (IAD) or Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA).

Will there be a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, please refer to the travel page for a link to the hotel block. There will also be a shuttle service you can sign up for on the day of from the hotel to the venue.

What will the menu/food options look like?

Answer

The venue we picked provides our guests with a full cocktail hour plus a three course meal. The venue does not require the guests to select a protein of choice, instead all guests will be served a starter, an entrée with 2 proteins, and dessert. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or accommodations you need us to make!

What if I have food allergies?

Answer

Please let us know in your RSVP and we will make sure to accommodate. Presently the plan is to serve meat & fish. Our venue does not require attendees to choose between meat and fish, instead every guest will be provided with 2 proteins and sides for their entree.
