Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors as well as cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors, with access to the outside patio.

The average temperature for November is mild with temperatures in the mid-70s during the day and low 50s in the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the venue is free. There is a $25 daily fee to park in the Embassy Suites parking garage for hotel guests, or an hourly rate of $2.00 for the first two hours, and $1.00 for every 20 minutes after.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, transportation is not provided since the hotel is within walking distance to the venue. If you book at hotel other than the Embassy Suites, you will need to have transportation.

Yes, kids are invited if specified on your invite. Your invite will be addressed to "The {Your Last Name} Family if your children have been invited. You will be able to RSVP for all individuals on the RSVP page.
